- We generally keep the events shorter in nature - 2-5 hours (no festivals)
- We can serve about 100 drinks/hour
- We run the trailer May-Sep (a water based business doesn't winter well)
- We can do pre-paid events like private parties or feel free to ask us to come to your parking lot for a pay/drink moment
